Thus said the LORD, Let not
the wise man glory in his wisdom,
neither let the mighty man glory in his might,
let not the rich man glory in his riches:
But let him that glories glory in this:
that he understands
and knows me,
that I am the LORD
which exercise loving kindness,
judgment,
and righteousness,
in the earth:
for in these things I delight,
said the LORD.
Jeremiah 9:23 & 24
Hey! Sweetie, this was a great MEAL!! DID'NT EVEN NEED DESSERT! Well.............? Have a great evening!
ReplyDeleteHello, Dear friend;
ReplyDeletelet me just say Our God is Awesome, and by that I mean the verse He gave you to share with us, confirmed what Cherie Hill said on her post the other day;
"Coincidence? Never . . . there is no such thing when you're walking with the Lord.
Tammi, Thank you so much for posting the Bible verse, and loving Him so much. I love knowing that when I visit your blog, that I feel the Lord speaking to my heart.
It's an amazing thing when a blogger can fade into the background, and the Lord becomes the focus. In other words, He's clearly using you for His glory. AMEN!!!
God bless you friend,
Michele
I always loved taht verse, thanks for the reminder:)
ReplyDeleteKay....thanks! Well, there's always room for dessert...or at least J-E-L-L-O. :) But for dessert: "O taste and see that the Lord is good." He is oh, so MMmmmm good! :)
ReplyDeleteMichele~ All I can say is, AMEN, sister! And I am sooo very thankful that this blogger has faded into the background..and He has become THE Focus! This is such great news, for that has been my prayer....even whenever He allows me an opportunity to do a piano/keyboard special, "Father, let me fade in the background so that they may see You." Amen!
Toyin ~ It is such a pleasure to be of service to our Lord and share what He places on my heart. I needed to be reminded of this, and thought, "Hmm. I wonder if they do too?" :o)
Bless you all, my sisters! :o)
